Got us out of our bind on vacation on a Sunday, had us rolling out next afternoon great family owned business,honest and goes above and beyond!! Thank you for your quick service ,broke down on 6/7/19 on the road 6/8/19 finishing our summer trip now. Highly recommend if in New Orleans in need of a diesel mechanic.

We broke down near by & got towed here. Our drive shaft was bent & u-joints were busted in our 2008 Chevy Express Duramax. The guys at SOS were amazing. Found the problem right away & had our drive shaft re-tubed, replaced our u-joints, hanger bearing & slip yoke in just a few days. They kept us updated & were extremely caring, nice & hospitable. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Before trying this place I went to at least 2 other places and no one could figure out what was wrong with my freightliner. I brought it to SOS and they were able to figure it out and fix it. They did a great job, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

I just bought a truck that needed some hidden repairs. I took it in and they diagnosed the problem quickly. They were nice people who Seemed like they genuinely cared about helping you. I would recommend these guys for your diesel needs!

Our 45’ motorhome needed some air brake diagnosis and work done, these guys found the issue, picked up the part and got us back on the road in just a few hours, all with a great attitude & teamwork. Would definitely recommend them if your anywhere near this area.

These guys got me in & out quickly. John looked over a truck before I purchased it. He gave me a lot of valuable information and a restaurant reference. Seemed like a real knowledgeable solid guy.

Very nice guys and very nice experience. From road service, towing, in house repair to deliver my load. All the time through my repair they where with me and ready to help instead of do for what they are paid for. I highly recommend.

We own a couple of buses, and Tommy and the crew have always treated us fairly with price and timing. They've also gotten us out of a couple of pickles with their on-site services. Would definitely recommend!

Great people. Tommy talked with me late Friday night and knew my repair would be simple. He sent a mechanic out the next morning that had me going in 30-45 minutes tops. Did I mention the T/A in Slidell let their tire and lube specialists or (insert favorite word for anything but a mechanic) whatever you call them had told me it was an Ecm problem and needed to go to Freightliner 😲. Great job and will certainly call on Tommy and his crew again if needed. Thanks a million.

Maxx came out and fixed an air leak in my front suspension on the side of the road. Very quick and a reasonable price. Highly recommend SOS if in the New Orleans area.
